Exchange & Returns Policy

1) Damaged or Defective Item:

1.1) If your item is damaged/defected upon delivery, please notify customer care team within 24hrs of receiving your item in order to start the return or exchange process. The originally purchased item must return to Agosto FZC's return address within 14 days of receiving your item.

1.1.1) Your product must be in its original box, clearly untouched, unused, with tags and in its initial state and original packaging– all products which have been used cannot be returned, refunded and will not be exchanged.


1.2) Agosto FZC will cover cost of return shipping and will arrange carrier to pick the item and return it to Agosto FZC’s return address. Agosto FZC will also cover duties, customs or taxes involved with the return shipment. In cases where you opt for exchange rather than return and refund, Agosto FZC will cover costs of shipping the new order to the order address.

1.3) Agosto FZC is not responsible for any damages, delays, or lost return items that may occur during the return process, this includes but not limited to lost items in the process of shipping, or delayed deliveries caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or transportation issues.

1.4) Return Process:

1.4.1) Please email us at info@agostostore.com with your concern and our customer care team will get back to you within 24hrs. 

For returns of damaged or faulty items, please use the below paragraph for reference. Kindly indicate your preference for a return and refund or an exchange, and attach images detailing the damage:

1.4.2) Once you receive a reply to your email from our customer care team confirming a return is possible, please pack the product(s) into their original packaging (dust bag and/or tissue paper) and have it prepared for carrier pickup.

1.4.3) We can only initiate the return and refund or exchange process when the item has been successfully delivered to Agosto FZC’s designated return address within the specified 14 days period. It is the responsibility of the customer to promptly initiate the return process to ensure the timely return of the item.
1.4.4) We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If the return is approved according to the guidelines set forth in point 1.1.1, we will proceed with the refund or exchange. Please note that any return not meeting the specified criteria outlined in point 1.1.1 will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If return approved, please allow for approximately thirty (30) days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank statement. If exchange is selected and approved, exchange order will be delivered as per the guidelines found in the shipping information section. In the event that the return and refund or exchange not approved, we will ship the item back and all shipping related costs, including duties and tax charges, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

2) RETURNS

2.1) The originally purchased item(s) are eligible for returns and must reach Agosto FZC’s return address within 14 days of receiving your item. Please notify customer care team within 48hrs of receiving your item in order to start the return process.

2.1.1) Your product must be in its original box, clearly untouched, unused, with tags and in its initial state and original packaging– all products which have been used cannot be returned, refunded and will not be exchanged.


2.2) Agosto FZC will cover cost of return shipping and will arrange carrier to pick the item and return it to Agosto FZC’s return address. Agosto FZC will also cover duties, customs or taxes involved with the return shipment.

4) EXCHANGES:
